Consistent AI ("Service"), operated by Steadfast OU ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Estonia (Registry Code: 17132993), is committed to protecting your privacy.   • Personal Information: We collect your email address for account creation. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

  • Usage Data: We automatically collect IP addresses, browser types, and interaction logs to maintain system stability.

  • User Content: We process prompts and generated assets. Consistent with our "Privacy-First" commitment, we do NOT use your private prompts or generated content to train our public AI models.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Provide and operate the Service.

  • Process secure transactions via Stripe.

  • Detect and prevent fraudulent or illegal activities (including NCII violations).

  • Comply with legal and financial obligations.

3. Data Retention

  • Generated Content: Stored for 15 days (free users) or 100 days (paid subscribers) for download purposes, after which it is permanently purged.

  • Account Data: Retained as long as the account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is purged within 30 days, unless legal obligations require otherwise.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use essential cookies for the operation of the Service:

  • Authentication: Managed via Supabase.

  • Payments: Managed via Stripe.

  • Analytics: Anonymous traffic monitoring to ensure GPU stability.

  • You can manage cookie settings in your browser, but disabling essential cookies may prevent the Service from functioning.

5. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors like Stripe (payments) and Supabase (database/auth).

  • Legal Requirements: If required by court order or applicable law.

  • Protection of Rights: To prevent fraud or enforce our Terms of Service.

6. Your Privacy Rights (California - CCPA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal data.

As an Estonian-based company, we comply fully with the GDPR. Residents of the EEA/UK have the right to access, rectify, erase ("right to be forgotten"), and restrict the processing of their data.

We implement professional-grade administrative and technical security measures. While we strive for 100% security, no digital transmission is entirely impenetrable.

The Service is restricted to individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
