Due to the significant and immediate GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) costs incurred at the moment of generation, our policy is designed to ensure sustainable professional service.

1. Mandatory Legal Waiver (EU/UK & Global)

By purchasing credits or activating a subscription and clicking "Generate" for the first time, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the service. You acknowledge and agree that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (right to a refund) once the digital content generation has begun. This is in accordance with EU and UK consumer protection laws regarding digital content.

2. No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because our system allocates dedicated computing power to execute your high-fidelity prompts instantly:

  • No refunds are issued for used or unused credits.

  • No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods.

  • Credits are considered "consumed" once the generation process is initiated.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You are in full control of your billing. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to your professional tools and remaining credits until the cycle ends.

4. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to professional support. If you experience a technical failure where credits were consumed without output, please contact our support team through the official support system or contact information available on the Consistent AI platform before initiating a formal dispute.

⚠️ NOTICE: Filing a chargeback without prior communication is considered a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in the permanent suspension of your account and data.
